Communication Designer

A Communication designer is responsible for crafting and development of graphic, copy-writing and/or video of communication to reach the intended targets. This means that it is not limited to things such as the language within an email or letter or the specific designs of those types of documents. He/she would develop the end-to-end, detailing the communication devices, tactics, looks that span the entire conversation with targets and may even include the possibilities of graphic designing, experience designing and other visual designing methods.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Knowledge of digital industry is essential.
  2. Knowledge of modern web technologies and the ability to communicate the benefits, drawbacks, usefulness, and effectiveness of various technologies using "non-technical" jargon.
  3. Strong business acumen competency.
  4. 2 – 4 years of working closely with clients, internal or external, to plan and execute projects. Agency experience is a plus, though not required.
  5. Familiarity and experience in graphic, video, and sound editing tools.
  6. Excellent communication skills with other Autobot employees and external stakeholders.
  7. Highly organized and the ability to work under pressure from deadlines.
  8. Superior time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  9. Team-oriented and display a willingness to learn from others.
  10. Self-starter and willingness to jump in and hustle to get things done.
  11. Display a high level of critical thinking and a desire to create solutions to solve problems.
  12. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is a plus, though not required.
